Our master woodworker, Roland Simpson, has been working as a wood craftsmen for decades. His cajón design uses two different woods of varying thickness to create a wide range of percussion sounds, from crisp high ends to a full and deep bass ends. Each side of the Groove Cube offers a different sound for versatile playing. His signature oval sound hole is situated at the base of the Cube for optimal bass projection.
